Yes. You can start for free with one patient and explore SANNO before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to get started.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. If you are considering a longer commitment, the annual plan offers a saving of around 35% compared to paying monthly — a significant reduction worth factoring in before cancelling. Annual plans are billed for the full year upfront and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
No. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your location.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your dashboard, without needing to contact support. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Your data belongs to you. On cancellation, you can export your full patient and practice data in standard formats. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before being permanently deleted.
Standard onboarding is included in all practice management plans, and most practitioners are fully set up within a single working day using SANNO's guided onboarding flow. If you require custom configuration — such as bespoke questionnaire templates or tailored programme structures — this can be quoted separately based on scope. For the research portal, setup work is typically required to configure the study protocol, data collection structure, and participant onboarding, and this is quoted as part of the overall study package.
